Clear light amber color with small white head that was gone in a moment. Small sweet aroma. Light body and no texture. Small flavor with cold wet finish. thedm (3837), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 20, 2003 TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 137. This draft brew was sampled at the Brew Pub in Knoxville Tennessee and served by an attentive staff that included the Owner, the bar manager, Daniel Goss, and the assistant brewer Joey Barbarito. This brew poured a had with fine to medium sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a trasnparent yellow orange colored uncarbonated body and a good lace . The aroma contained malty and musty notes while the mouthfeel was tingly and smooth except in the lingering Kolsch like bite in the finish. The flavor contained notes of fruit hops and malt. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 26, 2003 Draft at Downtown Grill & Brewery in Knoxville. This beer formed a small sized creamy and smooth white head with fine-small sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body was softly carbonated and transparent with a yellow-gold hue. The nose was malty and sweet with a malty and fruity flavor that had a lingering aftertaste. The mouthfeel was mostly smooth and this was a light bodied beer with good lacing on the sides of my glass. Suttree (2751), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 3, 2003 Nice golden colour with a thin white head and tons of small bubbles rising. Smells of a bit of malt and not too much else. Light to Medium-bodied; Decent malty character with a slight citrus twang. Aftertaste fairly bland, not too much roaming on the palate. Overall, a better than average blonde! I had this on draught at the brewpub in Knoxville, Tennessee on 27-September-2003.
