Dec 26, 2003 Draft at Downtown Grill & Brewery in Knoxville. This beer formed a small sized creamy and smooth white head with fine-small sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body was softly carbonated and transparent with a yellow-gold hue. The nose was malty and sweet with a malty and fruity flavor that had a lingering aftertaste. The mouthfeel was mostly smooth and this was a light bodied beer with good lacing on the sides of my glass.

Jun 8, 2008 Golden, Nice foamy head. Aroma of grain blend. Intresting flavor of grains, wheat with a citris backing. Clean finish.

Aug 8, 2007 Updated: Jan 4, 2009Draft at the brewery. Clear and the color of pale lemonade. Surprisingly strong aroma of nuts and occasional wet-dog earthy tones. Flavor is nutty with a bitter hop finish. Palate is light, very dry, and refreshing.

Nov 17, 2008 Clear yellow with a thin, quickly disappearing white bubbly head. Light malt aroma, body is skunky adjunt, corny. A small hop finish.

Aug 16, 2006 That Kolsch flavor that I can’t describe. It had that bitter that I associate with the style. Not much aroma partly because of the guy beside me was smoking. This baby was a clear light gold. It was a nice crisp clean smooth drinker with a hint of sweet malt. It was just a tad watery at the end, but overall a pretty good brew.

Oct 4, 2003 Dark Yellow, no head. Subtle, spicy aroma. Drier and crisper than I had expected, and watery, fruity finish with just a bit of stale flavor.

Oct 3, 2003 Nice golden colour with a thin white head and tons of small bubbles rising. Smells of a bit of malt and not too much else. Light to Medium-bodied; Decent malty character with a slight citrus twang. Aftertaste fairly bland, not too much roaming on the palate. Overall, a better than average blonde! I had this on draught at the brewpub in Knoxville, Tennessee on 27-September-2003.
