This draft brew was sampled at the Brew Pub in Knoxville Tennessee and served by an attentive staff that included the Owner, the bar manager, Daniel Goss, and the assistant brewer Joey Barbarito. This brew poured a head of fine to large sized light brown colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a good lace and a uncarbonated transparent ruby red brown colored body. It had a mild brown malt aroma and a smooth thick mouthfeel with no bite and a mild tingle. The flavor was that of a mild porter with no coffee. BeerandBlues2 (3216), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
