This draft brew was sampled at the Brew Pub in Knoxville Tennessee and served by an attentive staff that included the Owner, the bar manager, Daniel Goss, and the assistant brewer Joey Barbarito. This brew poured a large sized head of dark brown colored fine to medium sied long lasting bubbles that left behind an excellent lacing and a dark brown opaque body with no visible carbonation. The aroma was nice with dark malts and mollasses while the mouthfeel was thick smooth and had a mild stout finish. The flavor was very nice with dark malt mollasses and no coffee. It was a very drinkable brew that I enjoyed very much. Nice job Joey! BeerandBlues2 (3231), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

Full, rich palate. Coffee and burnt toast in the falvor, then a mellow but bone dry hop presence. Big malt flavors, too, with maybe a little smoke flavors. Very filling, very satisfying.
