Commercial Description:
A medium bodied refreshing Pale Ale made from the finest English barley and hops. Each sip evokes the feel of the time-honored British pub and a "pint of your best bitter". A pleasant hop balance at the beginning and a smooth dry finish make this ale a perfect accompaniment to your meal.

This is the star of the bunch from Downtown Grill in my opinion. Good maltiness, great tingling hop character. Tasty.

Pale penny color. Nild hop nose. Satisfying. Billed as an English style pale but it was too hoppy for that.

Beautiful amber color, little-to-no head. Light citrus and floral on the nose; flavor isn’t quite bold, but solidly malty, citrus, a tad salty. Beautiful lacing, solidly bitter. Fine beer.

Clear amber color with light hoppy aroma. Quite bitter and hoppy with a full flavor. Very drinkable. Drank in Kansas after given as a gift 4 days earlier.

Orange to copper colored. Huge tan head that settles down to thinner, but persistant level. Earthy/citrusy odor. Starts out citrusy, then an earthy, resiny hop flavor. Finishes tart, with a long, mouth coating aftertaste. This would wreck your palate if drank a lot of it.

A amber/golden pour with a slightly off white head and a lacing that lasts forever. A nice sweet maltiness that just slowly fades away to a nice lasting bitter that is right on the upper edge of the scale. A nice palate that was just a tad foamy. Let this beer warm just a little and the flavors really come alive. I liked this baby as well.

on tap-pours a thin retaining white head and gold color. Aroma is mild sweet citrus then some English hops. Taste is sweet citrus then some English/earthy hops, secondary medium malt. Mild carbonation.

Tap. Citrus hop aroma with faint caramel malts seeping out. Pours light brown with an orange hue and a small white head; good lined lacing. Hoppy start with a creamy caramel malt body. Fizzy and medium bodied.
