Commercial Description:
A full-bodied, traditional IPA, well balanced with a healthy dose of English hops. Reminiscent of "historical" Knoxville IPA’s.

sample at Downtown Grill, Knoxville, TN. pours copper, white head. aroma is hoppy, light citrus notes of grapefruits. taste, hoppy, floral/pine, light malts with some bitter hops. Medium carbonation that is almost too much on the palate, finish is pine hops with some spices.

clear gold, clean and bright hop flavor, this would definitely be a considered an american pale ale anywhere on the west coast, but that being said this is a very refreshing and not too over the top IPA that is probably more drinkable than the IPAs of the west coast, though serious hop heads may be dissapointed, the hop citrus notes make for a tasty IPA

Courtesy of lithy. Pours copper with a white head. Smells of citrus, caramel, yeasty. Tastes earthy, toasty, bitter and resiny with an earthy peppery finish.

Stopped in after the Xmas Eve^3 at tronraner’s. Clear light orange pour with small white head. Aroma is only slightly hoppy. Bitter noble hop flavor is semi-balanced. Certainly english in nature due to the underwhelming hop character.

Poured a amber/orange color from the tap with a two finger off white head. The aroma was piney, with citrus and sweet malt notes. The flavor was a bit watery. There wasn’t a good malt body. The piney hops were great, but there was no backbone present in the beer.

Nice caramel orange color with a thick finger of tight eggshell colored head that leaves some nice lacing. Malt and pine hop aroma, mixed with oranges. Taste is a good hoppiness of spicy pine needles but a bit lacking in malt structure, only mild hints of caramel.
