Commercial Description:
It is an American Wheat at 4.1 % ABV. Light in flavor, this easy drinking ale is the summer favorite at Downtown Joes. It is about 50% wheat and very light in bitterness in color. It has a mild hop aroma from US Spalt hops

Clear and light gold with minimal head. Light lemon aroma likely from the one that I just took off the rim. Semi-sweet with only faint notes of citrus. Not a great example of a wheat.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear yellow color. Head was thin and white. No lace was left behind. Aroma was of subdued banana and minimal citrus. Flavor was a combination of cereal grain, caramel, and light banana. Pretty lifeless.

Had on tap at the brewery in napa. Very corona-ish in both appearance and experience. Served with a lime wedge. Not very wheaty at all rather a slight sweetness and hop prescence. Is quite refreshing on a hot summer night.

Draft. Pale straw color with a nice white head. Very wheaty flavor. Light wheat aroma. Too much wheat and nothing being provided by the yeast.

Had on tap at the brewpub in Napa. Starts off with a slight flowery aroma. Light golden appearance, slight white head. Has a tad bit of honey sweetness to it with a decent mouthfeel. No real wheat-like quailities however, brewed fo rthe masses. Good one to start the sampler off.
