Dec 1, 2004 Tap: thick cloudy dirty amber color. Slight spice in the aroma. Some banana in the flavor. With a spicy finish maybe pepper?

Nov 29, 2004 On tap: Hazy orangish-amber with a white head. Very similar to the Guinivere’s, just not as grassy in the finish, which makes it a tad better.

Sep 12, 2004 Pours light orange with light tan head. Aroma is of citrus, orange and mild yeast. Flavor is malty with mix of sourness, banana, and alcohol. Very unique Belgian Wit.

Sep 7, 2004 Hazy orange color with a white head. Yeasts and sweetness as well as fruits in the aroma. In the taste there was a bit of sourness, but then sweet fruits with yeasts and esters. There was biterness in the finish.
