willblake (1928), Long Branch, New Jersey, USA Apr 26, 2008 20070113 Tap at HDG Daze. Thin bodied, cardboard, floral, grainy. Honey sweetness. Redeeming grassiness but pretty lame all around. sliffy (1951), Columbus, Ohio, USA Oct 11, 2007 On tap @ the brew pub: Pours a clear copper color with an off white head. Aroma, spices and lots of them, cloves, and yeast. Flavor, spices, again almost overpowering, some alcohol, yeasty, and doughy. Not bad. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 04/28/2007

alexsdad06 (619), Ohio, USA Jul 6, 2007 Sampled from a growler @ DLD 4/28/07. Poured a clear golden color with a small eggshell head. Aroma is fruity and malty. The flavor has sweet malt, fruit, and spices. This wassomewhat interesting. Light mouthfeel. The alcohol (8%) is well hidden. decaturstevo (1192), decatur, Tennessee, USA Jul 4, 2007 Parking lot of FFF’s on DL day from a growler. A nice golden pour with a light off white gooy lace. An aroma of Belgian yeast kinda corrianderish. A nice maltiness that lends to the overall complexity of this beer. A hint of bitter on the finish. I’m surprised to see that it was 8%.
