Super fruity aroma. Yellow with some darker brownish red tinges.
Reminds me of pear/apple juice. . .Way too much fruit sweetness. Hardly detect any hops, maybe a touch towards the finish. Still, has a good enough flavor and tastes real enough. Did not find the spice flavors in it that I was expecting. Only medium bodied at best (probably more towards light) and a quite watery. Could actually stand some more carbonation (i think thats the first time ive said that about a beer). The alcohol is amazingly masked however, and the beer finishes smooth. I think I should have let it warm longer. Will definitely have to try again and rerate.

Apr 26, 2008 20070113 Tap at HDG Daze. Thin bodied, cardboard, floral, grainy. Honey sweetness. Redeeming grassiness but pretty lame all around.

Oct 11, 2007 On tap @ the brew pub: Pours a clear copper color with an off white head. Aroma, spices and lots of them, cloves, and yeast. Flavor, spices, again almost overpowering, some alcohol, yeasty, and doughy. Not bad.

Jul 6, 2007 Sampled from a growler @ DLD 4/28/07. Poured a clear golden color with a small eggshell head. Aroma is fruity and malty. The flavor has sweet malt, fruit, and spices. This wassomewhat interesting. Light mouthfeel. The alcohol (8%) is well hidden.

Jul 4, 2007 Parking lot of FFF’s on DL day from a growler. A nice golden pour with a light off white gooy lace. An aroma of Belgian yeast kinda corrianderish. A nice maltiness that lends to the overall complexity of this beer. A hint of bitter on the finish. I’m surprised to see that it was 8%.
