Commercial Description:
An Irish style red (amber) beer. Light in finish but bold in taste. Melanoidin malt is added for the red color and the spicy finish comes through from the Chinook hops.

Nice heady flavor full of malt. Nice Belgian lace with a nice bite to finish it off. Had this while having ribs and it complimented the meal quite nicely.

One of my favorite local brews. Unlike most local reds, this beer actually has a kick to it. Nice malt and hops flavor on this one.

Poured a dark reddish copper with minimal head. It really didn’t have much smell to it at all, so I was especially surprised with the flavor of this one’s! It had a pretty strong flavor with a very sweet finish which I believe was honey. It was a very drinkable beer which I will want to definitely try again.

Fairly weak head, but an amazing lace with what there was of it! I felt this one! Looked very appealing in the glass and was well worth sipping down with my ribs and chicken. Liked it!

Clearish fiery orange body, thick cream head. Sweet cerealy, toasty aroma with caramels, grassy hops, and earthy esters. Sweet body with sugared Cheerios, toast, caramel, and brown sugar, backed by grassy, bitter hops. Very nice, with a strong flavor profile and smooth, creamy mouthfeel.

This ale poured a nice dark copper colour with a qiuckly disappearing head. To the nose there was scents of hops, sour grapes/citric acid and sweet malt. First sip was nice and alot less bitter than I expected due to the hopps in the nose. Very floral flavour with a hoppy finish and the palate was bitter sweet with the floral/hopp flavour lasting. Better than expected.
