Carmel color with a white head that disappears quickly. I found it to be like drinking potpourri. PeterLikesBeer (104), Berwyn Heights, Maryland, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 15, 2005 Appears a cloudy golden brown with a clumpy off white head that fizzles out into a slight film and decent collar. Sticky lacing is left behind. Solid streams of carbonation make this murky brew even more enticing.
Smell is of yeasty dough, sugary peaches, apricots, vanilla cream.
Taste is of the same aromas with a mild peppery touch.
Mouthfeel is zesty, creamy and full bodied with a sugary, yeasty, Belgian candy sugar standing out. Not too friggin shabby. MI2CA (1266), Noblesville, Indiana, USA

Pours a clear amber with a medium head and great lacing. Flavor is also bubblegum and Begian yeast and the alcohol shows up. The palate is clean and smooth. An easy drinking tripple, especially as it warms. marcus (1896), Sacramento, California, USA

This amber ale poured with a short off-white head, eliciting a nice flowery aroma. The flavor was candy sweet, but well-balanced with the hops. patrickmach (1), USA does not count | 4.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Oct 17, 2005 This is a very sweet trippel with a clean crisp finish. It has a complete flavor through and through, and is the signature beer for the brewery. I rate this top of tops because I have been up there every week to get more. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 4, 2005 On tap at the brewery. Orange colored beer with a thinner white head although it took them 10 years to pour it had so much head, very little haze. Quite fruity, peach and apricots, some pear, yeasty. Candi sugar is there and fairly noticible. Medium creamy body, alcohol is hidden well. Nice beer, decent tripel.
