Commercial Description:
This is the ultimate Belgian style. The very high gravity of this beer is balanced by the smoothness of its finish. Banana and Clove aromas come from the Belgian yeast strain combining with the generous dose of Belgian Candi Sugar. The Saaz hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma.

tap at hopcat. pour is bright yellow with thinish white head. never would have guessed at 10%. went down far too easily. mild banana, clove and pepper flavor. nice mouthfeel, not too carbonated like most belgain styles.

Bottle. Art is better then the beer. Golden body with a a white head. Esters fruit, some pepper spicy yeast sweet candy apple, but unbalanced bitterness and some poorly blended etoh. eh.

A very well done tripel. Aroma was huge. Strong yeast and light fruit. Pour was a cloudy hazy gold with a one finger white head and a hint of sediment floating around. Taste was very full and big. Strong apple, pear and fruit cocktail with a thick apricot and yeast aftertaste. Nice carbonation and pretty easy to drink for 10%.

A deep golden pour with a decent size head. Typical Belgian ale. Lots of different flavors coming at you one after another. One of the better trippels I’ve had. Give it a try!

hand bottle from keg: pours a clean and clear orange colour with a small thin white head. aroma is a great spice, orange peel, corrander, sweet sugary malts, honey anf touvh of floralness. flavour is a good balance of floralness and some sweet sugar like malt, honey finishes with the spices not bad at all.

12oz bottle. Pours hazy deep golden, topped with a large ivory head. Bready, yeasty aroma with some spice and banana esters. Wheat and yeast at first; which is then joined by sweet candi sugar and tropical fruit flavor. Finishes with a lot of residual sweetness and some alcohol.

A- Pours a nice peach color with a white foamy head that dissipates quickly. S- Smell is pretty faint, belgian yeast, sweet fruits, barnyardy funk. T- Taste is very nice, light fruits, tangerine, belgian yeast, very balanced. M- Quite a bit of carbonation medium viscosity. D- This was an excellent beer. I havent had a tripel in a while and this one definitely hit the spot. Great one to sip on.

Pours up hazy gold with white head. The aroma is assertive with candi sugar, yeast, apples, bananas and pepper. The taste is moderately viscous bringing in sweet notes of Belgian like candi sugar, mild coriander and yeasty spice, sweet apples and cantaloupe. It ends with faint dark fruity esters and some mild pepperiness. Nice tasting brew.
