Oct 8, 2007 (growler, thanks hopdog) Crystal clear golden body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, Belgian yeast/spice, some bread, fruit. Taste is medium sweet, Belgian yeast/spice, some orange. Light-medium body. Nice session beer.

Oct 7, 2007 Growler filled 3 days prior. Poured a medium to deeper golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of spices, ligthly fruity, citrus and yeast. Tastes of citrus, lemons, spices, lightly fruity, and yeast. With the low Alcohol content (the full body and mouthful didn’t give this away!), this would make a decent session beer.

Jun 28, 2006 On tap at the brewery. Gold colour, good yeast aroma and taste. Appropriate carbonation. Saaz hop understated. Most drinkable, good medium mouthfeel,malted down with the corriander and orange peel. Sweet

Oct 6, 2007 Pours a translucent golden with a very small bubbly white head. Aroma of honey, mixed citrus, tea, malty sweet grains and some yeast. Flavor of honey, malty sweet grains, some Belgian yeast and light spicing.

Nov 29, 2004 On tap: Strong citrus and Belgian aroma almost lemon scented cleaner. Slight hazy orangish-yellow with a insignificant white head. Not much up front with a lemon grassy finish. Wasn’t real pleasant for me.
