To me this beer is somewhere between a hefe and a Belgian, but leaning more heavily towards the Belgian. Soft bready wheat and banana flavors up front, finishes a bit dry with coriander and a delicate floral hops.
Body on the light side, very softly carbonated. drfabulous (1269), Columbia, Missouri, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 7, 2007 Growler filled 3 days prior. Poured a medium to deeper golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of spices, ligthly fruity, citrus and yeast. Tastes of citrus, lemons, spices, lightly fruity, and yeast. With the low Alcohol content (the full body and mouthful didn’t give this away!), this would make a decent session beer. walleye (881), Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 11, 2009 I had this on tap at the brewery. It poured a golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma was quite bready, a bit spicy, and mild fruits. It was sort of sweet and was yeasty. It had a great mouthfeel, not thick, but still sort of heavy. I like it overall, but would want to try something a bit stronger perhaps. argo0 (6978), Washington DC, USA
