Mar 15, 2009 On tap at Dragonmead 3-13-09. Pale yellow color with some lacing. Smells of corn, grain malt, and grass. Tastes like light corn, hay, grain, grassy hop finish. Very nice body.

Jan 3, 2009 On tap at the Dragonmead Brew Pub. Poured a light to medium and hazy yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of some grassines, citrus, and bread. Tastes of fhte same grassiness, a little fruity and bready. Lighter all the way around.

Jun 9, 2007 Cloudy, pale body with white head. The aroma is dough, light citrus and floral. The flavor is fairly dry, floral, bread and biscuity malts. Medium/light body is moderately carbonated with a bitter, citrusy end. Nice.

Dec 5, 2006 Tap at brewpub. Pour is cloudy pale lemony straw color, with a fair amount of rocky white foam. Aroma is lemon, honey, grains, Taste is lemon, honey, acidic, tart. Palate is light, crisp, refreshing. Nothing extraordinary, but true to the style. Warm weather beer. Good for the non "big" beer drinker.

Sep 2, 2005 Bready, herbal nose is pleasantly inviting. Hazy golden yellow body is topped with a thin white head that lasts well and leaves some lacing. Bready malts with herbal, spicy hop flavour and decent finishing bitterness. Light-medium body with moderate carbonation. Sampled at the Michigan Brewers Guild Summer Beer Festival 2005.

Jul 30, 2005 Sampled at the Michigan Brewers Fest. Unfiltered pale solid gold, with a lasting touch of head and hints of lace even in the crappy plastic tasting "glass"....grassy nose with hints of vanilla and nice Munich malts...solid, well-balanced blend of well-mashed malt, grassy herbal bitterness with the hops slightly pronounced at the finish. Quite solid.

Mar 26, 2005 from the brewery. poured a honey with a veryy small white head. aroma honey, apples malts yeast, wheat, corn, and all hard pressed to get very weak in the aroma department. flavor weak malts, aplles, wheat, corn, as it warmed most of the flavor was gone.
