Pours amber with a faint copper hue, small beige head that left some light lacing. Nose was mostly toasted malts with some nutty qualities. Outstanding body here, exquisite balance between being not quite creamy and not quite fizzy, just perfect. Bready, caramely flavors are understated. Could be consumed for many hours on end, I think, as is fitting per the style.
