Orange gold color. Small head. Aroma is orange and fruity. A medium bodied Belgian ale. Malts are fruity and sweet, orange and apricots. Yeastiness is very subdued. Soft carbonation. Smooth and flavorful, but the flavors seem toned down to a very mild level. Slightly sweet finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. Bottle # 142 of 375.

This beer was sampled at the 12 Hour Belgian Beer Festival 2004 thanks to Beerguy101..go mitch! This was bottle #142 of 375. It poured a clear orange hue with slight hints of yellow and a heavy degree of carbonation. The head was pretty small and non-existant.. a soapy little mess that dissipated quickly. The aroma was yeastiness at its finest..but it was a pretty light nose... took a little while to get the real scent. Some fruity nectar there as well (yes iceman..i said nectar). The taste is very light and slightly yeasty. Some fruity orange in there, and a nice mild finish with suspended yeasties at the bottom of my glass.. But really this had little to no kick at all. This beer was overcarbonated and underloaded with fruits and other flavors.. next!

Thanks to Beerguy101 again. This belgian ale pours with an orangeish amber body topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is sweet, malty and spicy wtih a slight citrus note. The flavor is sweet and fruity with a very slight spiciness and a touch of yeast. Medium to full bodied and smooth with a slight dryness.

aroma is decent with a sweet scent, followed by a musky scent that reminds me of the beaches of Lake Michigan, appearance is copperish and seems to want to seperate and has large amount of sea monkies dancing through, flavor watery very watery sweet and a tad sour very heavy on the tongue. being it was bottle #129 of 375 attracted me to it, but the taste pushes me far away, i really wished it wouldve been better but its not... watered down tasting sweetness is all that is there...
