Commercial Description:
We leave the yeast in our authentic Bavarian-style wheat beer to give it a cloudy appearance and creamy texture. This spicy, fruity beer has hints of clove and banana and is crafted for easy drinking.

Aroma of wheat, clove, and a little banana. Predominantly wheat though. Pours a brownish orange with a small head that went away quickly. Flavor was mostly a bland wheat accompanied by a little bit of banana and clove esters, but these were minimal. This tasted more like an American Wheat to me than a Bavarian. It was easy to drink. Oh well. It was somewhat boring really, and I was expecing more from these dudes.

Bottled. Muddy pale amber, rich head. Light orangey papery nose. Sweet with bold and very spritxy mouthfeel. Plenty of cardboardy wheat malt, but very low on esters. Possibly an old bottle, but with note date on the bottle I can’t really tell.

Bottled (Thanks stoutlover72). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is zest, slight yeast and and slight acidicness Flavour is yeast, wheat, paper, fruits and some slight earth and spices. Refreshing, but the acidicness feels like it shouldn’t be there...

Hazy brownish yelow, moderate amount of coarse head dwindles to a poof of creamy, long-lasting accoutrement. Sweet, honey-infused sunny aroma with plenty of clovey esters. Tart, lemony flavor with bready flavors and relatively subdued esters, cleaner than one would expect. Pretty dry and clean at the end, with fairly low (yet slowly creschendoeing) bitterness and high carbonation. An easy drinker, well crafted.

12 ounce bottle purchased from BevMo in Natomas, CA. Lemony-citrus aroma with some fermented corn silage aromas present, too. Somewhat floral and clove-like, too. Not much in the way of banana. Moderately hazy yellow-copper body with a large, nice, frothy white head with nice lacing and staying power. The start tastes a little citric and metallic. Some cereal-like grainy maltiness is present in the middle. Finishes with a bit of prickly carbonation on the tongue along with some light astringency. A fair amount of metallic hop flavors also finish up the flavoring on this beer. A solid brew.

12 oz bottle courtesy of aspidites.

Drank this one on a nice warm May afternoon, and I was definitely in the mood for it. Clean, slightly tart flavors with a more-ample-than-average hoppiness. Quite nice.

This German Hefeweizen pours a cloudy golden orange color from a 12oz bottle. Medium to small sized white foamy head. Aroma is banana and clove, yeast and cereal. A medium bodied hefe. Malts are cereal and grainy. There is only a touch of banana and clove flavor. Light and refreshing, crisp and clean. There is a touch of lemon and citrus and the finish. Lightly sweet throughout. Good summer beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

12oz - thanks aspidites - Aroma is yeasty banana and a touch of spice. Pours transparent yellow with not much head good lacing. Flavor is bland yeast, banana and spice. Not spicy or malty enough to stand out. Palate is sticky instead of creamy. Just not hitting the mark for me.
