Commercial Description:
We leave the yeast in our authentic Bavarian-style wheat beer to give it a cloudy appearance and creamy texture. This spicy, fruity beer has hints of clove and banana and is crafted for easy drinking.

Bottel courtesy of beerguy101. Pours a cloudy sun yellow with a white head that turns to a fine film in seconds. Nice amount of clove, yeast, and banana come out in the aroma with a slightly vigorous stir. The falvor holds a bit of subdued banana, some spiciness(coove being in the front but a bit of black pepper too), and lemon zest. Nice body, not too heavy nor thin for the style, with a nice bit of sour and spice to keep things moving. Overall a really nice hefe, a nice amount of flavor without overdoing it, paired with an easy drinkability.

Wheaty aroma with hints of yeast, clove and perhaps other spice. Hint of lemon. Murky amber gold color with white head defaulting to lacing. Starts with spice, creamy mouthfeel, ending with fruity spice, and an enduring light bitterness. Clove always hovers, but I’m not finding banana. Pretty good overall.

Bottled. Slightly murky pale yellow color. White head. Malty, wheat aroma with some clove notes. Oatmeal-esque mouth feel. Malty with toasted grain flavors. Fewer phenols than I would have expected from a hefe.

Bottle. Amber gold beer with a small white head. Sweet malt, wheat, and clove aroma. Sweet malt, wheat and citrus flavor with some clove/banana. Lingering spicey flavor. Not bad.

Definitely a bavarian hefe, cloudy yellow with a smooth texture and a rocky, white head. Spicy notes -- of course, clovey and a little banana. Banana predominates the flavor profile, imho. Medium bodied, but almost perfect mouthfeel. Sometimes, more noticable than the clove, there’s a slight bubble-gum aroma/flavor that mixes nicely with the banana

This is possibly the worst hefeweizen ive ever bought. God awful beer right here. Fisrt off the beer description on the bottle is a bunch of bullshit. Theres no haze or cloudy appearance and even after a hard pour no head was created. No sings of banana, clove or any other spice. I’d say this was just a regular old lager in a bottle. Surpised im the only one who seems to think this was a bottle of crap.

I had this at a Bevmo tasting. It’s a nice flavorful hefeweizen, crisp but not too much banana. It was enjoyable.
