Commercial Description:
Brewed with extra hops and malt in the English tradition, but with West Coast style. This deep golden India Pale Ale is artfully balanced with a fresh, powerful aroma and a luscious finish.

Bottle from total wine in rancho cucamonga. Nose is resinous and piney - really fresh. Taste is the nose to start, with a middle of well-integrated and slightly toasty malts. A little pineapple in the dry bitter finish. I really enjoyed this one.

Poured clear and copper. The head was short, fizzy and white. Decent lacing. The aroma was of light citrus and iced tea. The flavor was sharp citrus, slightly metallic. Tasted past its prime. Aggressive carbonation. Won’t revisit.

Draft at BJ’s. Hell of a beer! Plinyesque. More bitter than Pliny. Nice and hoppy and super drinkable if you can handle the bitter. Awesome with the sausage basil appetizer pizza.
