Hoppy. Better on draft than in the bottle. Very tasty czech-style pilsener. Big hop aromas and a wonderful, spicy hop-bite complement the simple malt bill. Clear, yellow with a big, white head.

Dec 6, 2009 On tap at the Hopyard. Hoppy aroma with lemon and orange peel. The flavor is the same with apples. Strong hop presence with hay and a grassy finish. Flavorful and refreshing. Nice.

Jul 10, 2009 Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a huge and I mean huge white head - too light in color to be a true Plzener. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and gentle citrusy and floral hop notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw as well as light notes of malt and citrus, leading to a lightly bitter finish where notes of citrus and hay lingers.
