Deep red, almost brownish pour with very little head. Going from a days memory here, but smell was predominantly rich thick hops and a hint of alcohol. Taste has a similar flavor profile to their other beers, and this is definitely a bit higher ABV than their IPAs and such but still goes down smoothly and nicely. Well hopped taste with a touch of rich malty syrupyness to it, but in no way cloying. Very drinkable, nicely balanced beer.
