Papsoe (10551), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 23, 2008 (Plastic bottle 100 cl) Pours a clear, nutty brown with a pretty, creamy, off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, a little nuttiness and burned caramel. Medium-bodied, sweetish roasted malt and nut accents. Fairly dry and hoppy finish. A very clean and decent Alt, that has no carbonation problem - in spite of the plastic bottle. 100508 omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Nov 16, 2005 Bottled. Clear amber, small head. Really dry and roasty. Light bodied and minerally with soft mouthfeel and notes of butter. Salty bitter finish. Krasulak (57), Wapadrand, Pretoria, South Africa Mar 7, 2005 Updated: Nov 27, 2006Pours copper red with large white rocky head. Aroma of yeasty bread lightly toasted malt and floral hops. Toasted malt flavour with a bit of nuttyness balanced with moderate floral hop bitterness. Medium body with mostly watery texture and soft carbonation. Average length finish, dry with lovely light hop bitterness. Overall a very pleasant alt. I would settle on this beer as a session beer quite happily.
