Dec 8, 2009 Bottle 33 cl. Clear golden with a smallish white head. Head is pure malt with some flowery hops. Solid body, good and sweetish malt base. Unfortunately the hops in the finish are rather crude and unrefined making this a bit rough. 081209

Nov 2, 2009 Draft. An unclear reddish beer with a lazing thin beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus, over ripe fruit, and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrusy hops, fruits, over ripe fruits, and a bit acidic, leading to a dry finish.

Aug 5, 2008 Small swing top bottle. On the hot side with fading ’bock’ character. Probably not a very clean batch with a few off flavors and notable heat from EtoH. Interesting brew for small brewery utilizing coolship for cooling wort.

May 21, 2007 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, beige, mediumsized head. Aroma is hoppy, sweet fruity and very malty. Flavour is wheat, malts and some slight hoppyness. Aftertaste is wheaty and malty. Rather dry.
