Clear golden with a medium off white head. Aroma had maltyness and grassy hops. Flavour had some diacetyl, malts, grassy hops and grassy hops. Finished bitter.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. Subtle flavour, fine hop aroma. A little thin. Good mild bitterness, cleansing.

Hazy light golden with a full head. Herbal hop aroma with clean pale malts. Full rich hop character...big depth of hops herbal and fruity. Great malt balance, too. Good body. Very dry finish. Quite the accomplished pils, on tap at the brewpub.

Draft @ brewpub. Glassy yellow with thick white head and lacing. Balanced aroma has thick grainy backbone and a splash of hops on top. Fruity too. Great palate.

Draught:Pale golden, hazy, creamy lacy stable white head; sweet pale malt in the nose with a distinctive aromatic hoppy touch; solid bitter-sweet flavour, fizzy; lingering hoppy and sweet-malty finish. Classy stuff.........

(7/2/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Memmelsdorf. Clear yellow color. Aroma is quite grainy with light hop notes. Sweetish flavor with a grainy note and a lightly bitter finish. A bit watery.

Draft at the brewery in Memmelsdorf, served in a 500ml dimpled mug. Light hazy yellow colored body with a white head. Nose of heavy crackers and yeast, with some fruity lemon and dough as well. Awesomely fresh and vibrant Saaz hops, rich and full-bodied, and up front the pils malt gives way to a classic dry and sharp noble hop finish, wonderfully refreshing. Served at celler temp.

Draught, at the brewpub. Very fruity, light flowerly hop aroma. Light cloudy, light yellow color. Fresh, very fruity flavor. Aroma hop, tart. Dry, light bitter finish. Pleasant and fruity pils.
