75 cl bottle. Dark brown color, cloudy. Cinnamon, raisin and a hint of cherry in the aroma. Sugary sweet flavor with orange, cardemom and cinnamon

75cl Bottle fron Bert’s in Utrecht. Pours a hzy golden-brown with a samll orange head. Skunky aroma. Flavor suprisingly bitter for a dubbel, exspecially the finsih. Some spices are present too, but this does not fit at all with what i noramly consider a double. It actually reminds me of Chirstofel blond of all things. I will admit that I left the moddle out on my balcony and forgot about it, so maybe I’m having light-struck problems? Flavor isn’t bad, but the aroma and body are terrible.

A hazy red-brown beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is of coriander, caramel, and hops, while the flavor is of sweet caramel.

Reddish brown body with nice off-white head. Malty nose with some sweetness from dark fruits. Malty flavor without the complexity that the nose promises.

Very strong malty-sweet aroma. Coffee malt & caramel malt. Roasted. Strong fruity (strawberry). Cloudy, brown coloured with a firm off-white, creamy, lasting head. Taste is malty (coffee), quite bitter (finish) and fruity (strawberry). Full bodied. Good brew.

It’s a nice beer. Very biiter in the beginning. After a while the taste became more sweet and spicy.
