Apr 18, 2008 Bottle. Poured a somewhat hazy orange with a very nice floral/citris/malty aroma.
Flavor was nice, malty with a hoppy light citris. Medium mouth feel, medium carbonation.....pretty decient ale.....I liked it.

Apr 21, 2007 Nice amber body with good carbonation and an average off-white foamy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with fresh herbal/grassy notes. Fresh hoppy taste that carries malty and nutty hints. It ends with a good bitter finish. Good average ESB.

Nov 23, 2009 Bottle. Pours a mostly clear but lightly hazy copper color with a bright white foamy head. Nose is lightly floral hops with a light spiciness as well. Palate is full and smooth with a nice bite in the finish. Flavors of light piney and spicy hops with a light malty grain note.

Aug 2, 2009 Nice copper color. Fruity hop aroma. Thin malt flavor, with a bit of caramel and fruit, yet decent hopping. Good enough but unexciting and too light.

Jan 3, 2008 Bright golden colour with a large, rocky, almond coloured head. A nice lace clings to the glass as emptied. The nose is fresh anxd vegetal with some fruit and grass mixed in there. There is a very light bitterness at the front followed by grass. It certainly is organic tasting, but there’s not much going on. One-sided and boring.

May 7, 2007 bottle from the LCBO. aroma is kinda sweet, but the hops are definetly there. flavour is bready, and again, a little sweet, but the hops really come through in the flavour. I really enjoyed this, very very easy to drink.

Jun 23, 2008 Bottle. Nice aroma of honey, raisin, sweet caramel malt. Flavor not as rich, esters get lost in the mouth, reduced to a caramel maltiness. Somewhat watery. No hops to be found, though I imagine that’s due to some time on the shelf. Getting slammed in the ratings recently...wasn’t unpleasant, just not particularly memorable.
