Clear sparkling copper with sparse fine head. Soft aroma with a bit of fruity malt. Not bad caramel and fruity taste, moderate body, short dryish finish. Pretty good.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pours copper coloured and sparkling clear with a thin, patchy head. The aromas are of tinny malt and caramel with some metallic aroma with some fruit and a little metallic with no obvious alcohol or hops in the nose. Feels a little thin and dry in the mouth and is harshly carbonated. Flavour of thin, tinny malt, boiled sweets and some fruitiness. Unpleasant pasteurised rubbish, reminds me of some horrible bottled thing from Wychwood.

Aroma is earthy and lightly malty with moderate hoppiness. Colour is very nice: bright medium orange. Pours a large white head which is mostly diminishing and produces good lacing. Flavour is malty but is balanced by the bitterness. Medium bodied with soft to lively carbonation.

50 cl bottle. (5%). No yeast in botom. Amber colour with a nice white head. Nice hoppy aroma with hints of malt. Very tasteful flavour but have a bitter and dry finish. This altbier is very simular to traditionel dark lager.

Dark copper colour and a small head. Aroma was malty and there was caramel malt in the taste. Slight bitterness at the finish. Reminded me of a fairly ordinary English bitter: slightly more taste up front, less at the back of the mouth.

Pours a copper/brown color with minimum head. Malty aroma, bitter sweet taste and bitter aftertaste. Not bad.
