Aroma is semi-dry and roasty with some dark chocolate. Body is a tad thin for a sweet stout, but has nice balance and ease of drinkability with a smooth, light caramely malty sweetness. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: zesty mineral / herbal hop character upfront, followed by roasted malts, coffee, and milk chocolate; very nicely balanced, lively stout; solid levels of carbonation; very drinkable. Medium finish: breadiness, toasty malts, dough, and lingering chocolate.
