Commercial Description:
This handcrafted brew is our most popular beer. Could it be the mild hop character and smooth drinkability that brings people back? The light color and medium body? The name?

pours pale yellow-gold with a thin white head. sweet caramel maltiness on the nose. light fruit notes. mostly straightforward unobtrusive malty flavor. if i didn’t know better, i’d think it was a lager.

7/16/08 - Draft sample at Bowie location. Pours gold with rimming white head. Nose is sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt with slight hop bitterness. Not as creamy as I expected it, not bad though.

DuClaw’s Bare Ass Blonde Ale is decent. Nothing that really stands out but is slightly more creative than the Funk.

on tap-pours a foamy white head and yellow color. Aroma is sweet grain-honey with pollen, secondary hops. Taste is sweet grain-honey with pollen, secondary hops-spicy. Light/medium body, creamy mouth feel. OK effervescence.
