For some reason, I’m not picking up much other than faint hops. Taste is a bit better with light earthy notes, spicy hops, sweet malts, and bread. Body is light-medium with moderate carbonation feel. Finishes much the same as the main taste - earthy notes, some breadiness, and spicy hops. Decent stuff. BuckNaked (1204), Tempe, Arizona, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 4, 2005 Draught at brewpub: Clear copper/golden body, small bubbles visable rising to the surface, small white head. The aroma shows a bit of earth, grainy malt, bread, and british hops (east kent goldings?). The taste also shows the same earthy/grassy hops, grainy malt (thought not in a dry, mealy grain way), light caramel, and a bit of bready yeast. Light-medium bodied, medium carbonation, well balanced with the subtle hops flavors. JonR888710 (999), Cochabamba, Bolivia
| 0.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Apr 26, 2005 Clear brass color, slight white head. Taste starts off watery, then is like bandaids and hydrogen peroxide. A cottonmouth tongue is all this is good for. Gross, thick consistency (oily). As my buddy commented, "I would much rather have a natty." This is one of the worst beers I’ve ever had. richlikebeer (832), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA

Color is a little light, which carries over to the taste, but a solid beer nonetheless. llgrgg (18), Baltimore, Maryland, USA
