Commercial Description:
This handcrafted brew is our most popular beer. Could it be the mild hop character and smooth drinkability that brings people back? The light color and medium body? The name?

Draft at the Bowie location. A dark yellow beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light note of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with a very slight hoppyness and a very light bitter end, but also hints of metal towards the end. A very light bodied beer.

Clear, light orange body. Aroma is sweet, malty, buttery. Taste is pretty mild -- mostly grassy, some bitterness. Finishes with a bit of spicy grassiness.

on tap-pours a foamy white head and yellow color. Aroma is sweet grain-honey with pollen, secondary hops. Taste is sweet grain-honey with pollen, secondary hops-spicy. Light/medium body, creamy mouth feel. OK effervescence.

Tap at Arundel Mills in Mar 2008: Pours a transparent pale golden with a thin-lacing stringy white head. Mildly sweet and slightly grainy nose is fairly bland, but not offensive. Body starts lightly sweet and pale malty with some grainy flavors before a smooth, lightly bitter finish. Very drinkable and pretty well-balanced, just not that interesting.

Crystal clear, light golden ale with an everlasting, creamy white head. The nose is of butter, soap and lightly floral hops. Thin flavor. Not much of a malt profile. Well-balanced. Light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short dry finish. True to the style. A good Summer beer for those who are making the switch from the BMC bunch to craft-brewed beers.

Draught @ DuClaw Bowie Golden color, nice head and lacing. Nose of light fruity malt, hoppy (grassy). The flavor is fairly sweet, plenty of body and a nice floral note. A bit too sweet for my taste in a blonde. Finishes spritsy.
