kramer (2406), Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 21, 2009 From growler. Pours a clear light brown body with a reddish tinge and a slightly off-white fizzy head. Nutty, lightly roasty nose with some cocoa powder. The flavor is dry and nutty with a light grainy note, pretty well done for a Brown Ale. Light bitterness on the finish balances things out. Light to medium bodied with light soft carbonation. Overall pretty nice really. savnac (393), Palmer, Alaska, USA Oct 8, 2009 On tap @ DuClaw Fells Point. Clear amber/brown with a light tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, biscuit and citrus hops. Sweet malty base with plenty of hops to add a great bitterness. Medium body with mild carbonation and a long finish. This was great, the abundant hops really make this one shine. Well done. argo0 (6842), Washington DC, USA Sep 16, 2009 (BCTC, growler, thanks peregrinari) Beige head atop clear brown-red body.
