On tap at Bowie. Typical American wheat beer. Poured out a hazy light golden color, with a sticky white head. Aromas are bananas, some cloves, some citrus peel. Flavors are unimpressive, typical wheat beer. Nothing special here. From notes.

Draft at Fell’s Point. Very light taste, wheat is noticeable. There isn’t much to it.

On tap-@ Bowie location. clear yellow color w/almost no head. Slight floral hop aroma. Kind of bland, some traces of grass, maybe a little wheat w/some citrus. Nothing to write home about. Kind of like a standard bland Macro. Inofensive, but not much more.

Arundel Mills location. Light yellow pour, again with ubiquitous clarity. Tinny aroma of honey and dry grass; lightly biscuity and starchy with hints of green apple and old peach. Flavor is satisfiably crisp and crunchy with wheat husk; lightly floral and zesty with quieted citrus tones, while remaining quite mild throughout. Light and effervescent in the mouth; tightly wound, seeming slightly confused. Wheat qualities are quite difficult to discern beneath the sweet and metallic pilsner muck. Strange, but hardly intolerable.

The aroma was a low light wheat and spice with a very low malt presence. The beer could certainly use a boost in the aroma department. The flavor had a nice malty backbone with caramel and spicy hops. The body was medium with a moderate level of carbonation which was creamy and nice on the palate. The brew was quite thirst quentching although just a bit sweet. It stood the test of time and the bittering seemed to increase as the beer warmed.

Draft at Arundel Mills at the X-mas in July party.Pours hazy golden with a white head. Faint aroma of yeast, lemon, and honey. Light bodied, with a mouth feel that is is soft and slightly yeasty. Flavor of pale wheat malts and yeast, countered by subtle hops and and spice. Not much residual sweetness. Clean and refreshing summer beer finish. This is quite an interesting take on the style, as this has some hefe AND american wheat like and nice subtleties. This is not a palate killer, but still enjoyable and under rated in my opinion.
