Bright gold pour with a nice fluffy lasting head and super sticky icky lacing. A really nice looking beer IMO. The aroma is of toasted caramel malts, some bread, and hops in the form of earth, citrus, and wood. Nice toasted malts, a touch of sweetness, all rounded out with nice earthy hops, citrus skins and wood. The carbonation is light and the beer drinks very smoothly. Quite good for session drinking. decaturstevo (2010), decatur, Tennessee, USA
