Apr 12, 2009 Solid beer - nice gold color. Both the taste and aroma is citrus hops. Could be hoppier though, not as good as Venom.

Apr 4, 2009 I must have gotten a different beer or it was labeled wrong at Bowie. Poured out a dark brown color, with a thin tan head. Aromas are of roasted malts, coffee beans, dark dried fruit. Flavors are of roasted malts, spicy hops, coffee beans. Medium body, thin mouthfeel. Mot my favorite offering from Duclaw.

Mar 11, 2009 Sampled at the Arundel Mills location. Pours a golden copper color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of floral hops with an earthy finish. Taste is bitter hops with a finish of sweet malts and faint fruity notes., Full bodied.

Feb 22, 2009 A golden amber ale with a thick resilient off white head. A nice pungeant aroma of hops and orange marmalade. In mouth, a decent hoppy IPA with orange and fruity esters, caramel. Medium bodied. On tap at Duclaw Baltimore, Dec. 29 2008.

Feb 14, 2009 20090207 Tap at Bel Air location. Pale amber, pretty light for an IPA. Other than color, this fits the standard brewpub IPA mold. Clean, mild, simple. Nice pithy finish.

Dec 31, 2008 Growler from Beachbum25. Thanks. Bright gold pour with a nice fluffy lasting head and super sticky icky lacing. A really nice looking beer IMO. The aroma is of toasted caramel malts, some bread, and hops in the form of earth, citrus, and wood. Nice toasted malts, a touch of sweetness, all rounded out with nice earthy hops, citrus skins and wood. The carbonation is light and the beer drinks very smoothly. Quite good for session drinking.

Dec 15, 2008 Orange gold pour with white head and lace. Nice citrus hops with medium malt and a bit of floral on the nose. Apples, semi sweet malt, floral, and medium bitter finish. Good carbonation and mouthfeel a well balanced beer.
