A translucent light yellow color, a bit of matl on the tongue and nose. I imagine it could be a summer refresher when you’re in a hurry & want to wet your whistle, but hey it’s a light and not for a hearty mood. Not too shabby. axilla (962), New Providence, Pennsylvania, USA

The flavor is a weak, but sweet malt backbone with some lemony hops in the finish. Drinkable. Pailhead (2606), Allen Park, Michigan, USA

Lightly sweet up front with a light grassy bitterness in the finish. Not my style, but better than most light offering I’ve tried. edden (927), cow- lumbus, Ohio, USA

Nose is maltier than expected but still a bit lackluster. Taste is malty and sweet with a bit of grassy notes. Fairly thinned flavors, though. Body is light with a slightly bubbly carbonation feel. Finishes with lots of malt, light dried citrus and light grass. Not bad, but I’ll pass next time. BuckNaked (1209), Tempe, Arizona, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Sep 4, 2005 Draught at brewpub: Totally clear, light straw-pale yellow color with small bubbles visable rising to the surface. The small white head dies pretty quickly. Aroma: grainy, has that fleeting pilsner sweet scent, yeast, and a tiny hint of honey. The taste is sweet light bready malts, grain, subtle honey, and lager yeast. Light bodied, medium-lively carbonation, very crisp and impressively not watery. This is nothing crazy, but it’s a well brewed light lager without any flaws...which says a lot for the brewer/brewery in my opinion. jon112981 (327), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA

Taste is very sweet and some honey flavor is in there. Not the top of the DuClaw Line but worth trying.410 Scooby (50), Maryland, USA
