| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 15, 2005 Sparkling golden ale, creamy white head. Light citrusy nose with a touch of sweet malt and breadiness. Flavor was similar, balanced, with an additional light earthy, grassy undertone. Light bodied, soft carbonation, crisp finish. A better version of Foster’s, and good for a hot summer day....

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 3, 2006 Nice-sized draught sample at the Bel Air location. Clear gold with little to no head....very fresh, clean and grassy aroma with very full pale malt evident, lightly sweet, thick....clean, refreshing body with tingly carbonation, earthy with light tones of citrus that become a bit more pronounced with warms, dry herbal qualities mix nicely with succulent hints of strawberry, fresh green hops and vanilla....dry finish, beautiful balance and mouthfeel though quite light and super-easy to slug down. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 29, 2003 It's described as "like other light beers," so my expectations are not really very high here. Pale, pale, straw-blond color. Absolutely crystal clear. Smells yeasty, but there's not much else in the aroma. The flavor, however, is not as bad as I expected. It has a little bit of hoppiness and mild, but definitely present, banana esters. Mildly sweet, fairly pleasant. Round and full-bodied. It surprised me! hopscotch (5549), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jun 21, 2003 Clear, straw-colored brew with a small, creamy white head and decent lacing.
The aroma is of light honey and not much else. Lightly malty flavor with orange blossom honey up front. Well-balanced. Lightly acidic and acetic hop presence on the backside. Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish. Ahhh, Summertime! This beer was much better than expected!

Highly drinkable, like the Bare Ass Blonde, with low alcohol content to boot! The more to enjoy. Not a favorite, but an excellent staple brew for nubes.
