DuClaw Maple Mad Bishop

Firkin @ Bel Air Firkin Friday-Cloudy copper color w/no head or lacing. Faint maple aroma. Sweet maple flavor hits you right away, & it really overpowered everything else in this brew. Some caramel malt, but it was hard to detect. I wasn’t real crazy @ this one, & it wasn’t nearly as well recieved around the bar as the Molasses Alchemy they were also serving that night. No real spice or hops, I’m not sure it should be classed as an Octoberfest but I left it that way as that’s how the regular Mad Bishop is listed. Just too sweet.
