Feb 1, 2009 Pours a pretty ruby red color with a small white head. Tatse is caramel and roasted nuts. Thin body. Drinkable, but unremarkable.

Dec 14, 2008 Deep amber pour with a gooey white head and lace. Sour malt aroma. Medium malt flavor with a light bitter. A little thin with good carbonation. Not a bad beer for the style.

Jul 22, 2008 7/16/08 - Draft sample at Bowie brewpub. Pours red with brown hues, and a creamy, egg-shell head. Nose is caramel and slight chocolate malt. Taste is sweet caramel malt with mild roast and some grassy hop notes. Clean and dry. Good lacing.

Feb 16, 2008 DuClaw’s Misfit Red is okay. Color is in between amber and red. The aroma and flavor is malty and sweet, with slight hops.

Feb 4, 2008 Draft, pours a nice amber color, with a sweet smell. great after taste with a trace of hops. I definitely agree with boto, this would be a great session beer.
