Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, wheaty, moderate yeasty, banana, clove. Sep 28, 2009 It’s hazy, almost unclear with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma has notes of slightly sour yeast, banana, wheat and light clove. The carbonation is too fizzy. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, banana, wheat and the finish is spicy, but with very weak clove. The flavor is full, but to weak in the weiss notes.

Pours hazy pale golden with a slight green hue. Fine, frothy, white head. Aroma has sweet wheat, light rubber, some green apple. High carbonation, fair frothy mouthfeel. Flavour is light sweet, some citric bitter notes, light banana. Drinkable, but feels a bit harsh.
