Bottle. terrible boiled vegetable smell. Pale golden, low head, fine carbonation. Cloying sugary sweet malt with a industial boiled cabbage to balance. Thankfully with a quick finish. medium chewy body, light sparkly. So if Duff is the Simpsons version of Bud I guess they hit the intended flavor spot on....

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Doggythedog, shared with him and heavy (thanks!).
My second Duff beer. First one came from Haacht (found at Pianeta Birra Rimini 2008) and this one Doggythedog’s friend found in Spain (brewed in Germany). Like Haacht’s Duff beer this is below average and not so pleasant. Grainy, weak hoppy and some honeyish notes with short bitter finish.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hopy aroma. Week but nice grassy notes. Light bitter flavor. Light bitter slightly metallic short finish. Watery palate.

1/11 A 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Doggythedog, thanks for sharing! It poured a pale yellow body with medium sized head. Hay aroma, typical pale lager malt. Flavor is similar, hay, some hints of herbal hops, grainy. Thinner in body, of course. Shorter finish, which was somewhat bittersweet and pretty boring like the whole beer. Drinkable though.

Bottle brought home from Spain, but it is the german brewed version with 4,9% ABV:

Indistinct aroma, I can’t really define it but it has some random sweetness, a little trace of malts. Appearance is standard macro: Fine golden, head without density and dissapears quickly. Flavor is sweet, but not from malts. Refreshing, no alcoholic taste, slightly bitter finish. Refreshing summer beer.

Bottle courtesy of a friend whose brother got it in Spain (huge thanks Ivana!). Shared with heavy & ogivlado.
Poured a golden body with a medium sized white head that went away at a medium pace. Integral flour breakfast flakes in the nose, almost müsli-like, sweet/grainy. Boring sweet grainy taste, no real hop, slightly tangy. Very, very light hop bitterness. Ok enough. A cute gimmick if nothing.
