GarethYoung (1110), Glasgow, Scotland Apr 26, 2006 [bottle from FireWater] Fizzy yellow, quickly diminishing head. Stale, bready aroma. thin, watery body. Barely detectable dryness in the finish. Magicdave6 (5383), London, Greater London, England Apr 26, 2006 They told me i wasnt aloud the bottle and had to drink this out a plastic cup. Aroma is skunked cornish. Taste is terrible also, a seriousl rubbish beer, which i struggled to finish. GregClow (2493), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Sep 5, 2004 Had this at Castro’s, another Toronto bar owned by the same people as Sarah’s. Clear golden colour with a creamy white head. Slightly fruity aroma and flavour. Clean, crisp finish with a pleasant bit of hoppiness. A very well-made mainstream lager. jerc (3861), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 4, 2003 Had it at Castro's Lounge in the Beaches. Not much head on mine, bit of fruit in the aroma and the finish. Nice clean lager with a bit of hops. Not fantastic but at $2.99 a pint it was the best value I have got for my beer money in a while! DougShoemaker (2855), Toronto, Canada Sep 1, 2002 This is available at Sarah’s Cafe & Bar as their House Draught.
Sweet fruit aroma, golden creamy head. Apricot and citrus(lemon?) flavour. Sweet, smooth, clean with a crisp finish. A well done lager, nice draught on their patio.
