Commercial Description:
The heartiest brew from the Gothenburg suite is a Robust Porter full-eared with caramel malt, balanced with black- and chocolate malt, then topped with a pinch of oat. The hops are First Gold, Pioneer and Chinook. This porter easily tightens your waist-belt in company with the porter steak, chocolate dessert or as stimulant on its own. In earlier days porter was recommended for breast feeding women but we have no intensions of doing so.

Ingen porter for nybegynnere, men allikevel ganske lett.

Aroma of tobacco, toffe and metal. Nice strong black apperance. The flavour is malty and buttery with a bitter aftertaste. The beer is highly carbonated. The palate is creamy. A good and solid porter, the aroma is however not as good as the taste.

Bottle. Small but lasting off-white head. Dark red brown body. Vineous alcohol aroma. Heavily roasted malt flavor with a good deal of hops. Low carbonation. Long dry aftertaste.
