Commercial Description:
The heartiest brew from the Gothenburg suite is a Robust Porter full-eared with caramel malt, balanced with black- and chocolate malt, then topped with a pinch of oat. The hops are First Gold, Pioneer and Chinook. This porter easily tightens your waist-belt in company with the porter steak, chocolate dessert or as stimulant on its own. In earlier days porter was recommended for breast feeding women but we have no intensions of doing so.

Rerate.
After at least three samples of the draught version at Delirium Café, Göteborg.
Almost black with a small nuance of red. Creamy head. Rich flowery and a light toast touch. Aroma from milk chocolate and flowery hops. Flavour is pronounced bitter chocolatey, body very rounded and the finish is so perfect, with a perfect, lingering chinook bitterness. This is a fantastic porter with a remarkable supremacy!

On draught at The Rover, Göteborg.
Almost black with a small nuance of red. Creamy head. Rich flowery and a light toast touch. Body was very very smooth and creamy, with a perfect balance of everything in the beer. Lingering bitterness. Very American-style Porter. Gotta love it!

Pours pure black with a nice creamy tan head. Hoppy, flowery aroma with a little toastyness. Flavour is liquorice, coffee, chocolate, somewhat roasted. It also has a little touch of lemon/grapefruit. Smooth mouthfeel. A fantastic porter indeed!

Nice dark and very fruity Porter. Draught, pint, at Bishops Arms (Västra Hamngatan) Gothenburg. Dark color, very hoppy and fruity smell and taste. Clear citrus like character from American hops. Don’t mind to get another one right after.

Draft at Bishop Arms, Gothenburg. Pitch black. Thick white milkshake head. Head falls down after a while, but I don’t blame it. This is a wonderful beer. Aroma is rich and roasty. One of the best porters I’ve ever had. Fruity aromas, perhaps a bit too estery. Minty hops.
