Jul 24, 2007 Draft. A dark golden beer with a creamy beige head - beutifully served. The aroma is lovely powerfully hoppy with notes of flowers, spices, perfume, grass, honey, and wet pine forest. The flavor is sweet malty - but very early a dryness sets in due to lack of residual sugars, which also make the body thin, but the flavor has notes of spices, flowers, and light notes of honey, leading to a slightly bitter and very dry finish. For me more residual sugar would have made it fantastic, but it is still a very good beer.

Jul 30, 2007 Draught at Bishop’s Arms Järntorget, Göteborg. Hazily amber, miniscule head. Rich lychee aorma with some apricot. Dry and very light bodied. Hop driven with clean mouthfeel. Finished with medium bitterness. A very drinkable beer, but the mouthfeel is too clean, which reduces my enjoyment.

Hazy orange to light amber color; creamy head. Nice hop aroma, English style, creamy, fudge, nettles; buttery. The body is not too strong, some caramel/toffee flavor, a bit metallic, with strong bitterness (maybe too much bitter an harsh at the end).

Jul 23, 2007 Draught at DTE. Clear cobber - white edges. Aroma: Resin, pineneedles, burning christmas decoration. Taste: Caramel, sweet malty, high hoppy, pine, resin, pineneedles, light malty, light citrus, light grape. Big taste - low alcohol.

Golden with almost no head.
Sweet malty aroma with loads of citric hoppiness; grapefruit.
Some toffee in the flavour and a lot of citrus. Fine and hoppy bitterness.
Rather light body and smooth mouthfeel. More like a real-ale.
