Commercial Description:
Dugges Ale- & Porterbryggeri fyller 2 år!
Detta firar vi med en riktigt torr och rejält bitterhumlad IPA. Delikat smak och arom från framför allt Galena och Simcoe. Hipp hipp hurra!

Draught, Mackinlay’s Inn Cloudy, rather opaque dark amber pour. Strongly hoppy, resiny one with pontent orange notes. Slight earthy, orange, mango peaks - remaining a citrus oriented product, with only shy malts supporting it. Fruity, light exotic notes, minimal, not even toasty, but rather grainy support foundations. Fair medium body with average carbonation. A bit ordinary for Dugges, their usual malt complexity lacks to me.

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy amber colour with a lot’s of yrast sediments in the bortom. Rich tan-coloured foam. Dryish hop-aroma of floders, grapefruit, pine-needlses, pepper and spices with notes of caramel. Dryish, almost dusty flavour all the way through of grapefruit, spices, wormwood, grass and pine-needles. Dryish and really bitter finish

Sampled at the brewery. Copper with a small off-white head. Sweet maltiness with a lot of grassy hoppiness. Dry and fruity flavour. A bit sourish.

Draught at the brewery. Clear dark amber, medium fluffy offwhite head. Fruity and caramelly aroma with peaches and grapefruit, along with piney and floral hop notes. Medium bodied but a bit thin for an IPA. Very dry, too dry actually, with a lingering bitterness. A good IPA, but there are better from Dugges.

Drought at the brewery: Clear red colour thin head. Aroma: A Bomb of hops!!,citrus, flowery. Flavor is smouth dry hopynes who newer will leave the mouth, it stand still for a long time, before you can imagine the maltyness and the other details, like fruitynes, grapefruits. This is again, a nice IPA from Dugges!.

On draught at The Brewery. Amber colour. Striking hoparoma from grapefruit and grapefruit peel. Not much malt sensed here. Very well attenuated beer, with almost no detectable sugars, making the hop bitterness almost way too much. This is an incredibly dry IPA with biting, salty bitterness, thats is felt from the beginning of the very first sip.

Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke. Hazy amber coloured. Big hoppy aroma. Very hoppy flavour with loads of grapefruit and pine needles. Dry and bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not very balanced, but very pleasant.
