Commercial Description:
Dugges Ale- & Porterbryggeri fyller 2 år!
Detta firar vi med en riktigt torr och rejält bitterhumlad IPA. Delikat smak och arom från framför allt Galena och Simcoe. Hipp hipp hurra!

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thick orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with a very strong spicy note containing notes of coffee, elderberries, and vanilla, I don’t find the spices in harmony which is a drawback for me. The flavor is sweet and rather hoppy, and again with a strong spicy note, though a bit more mellow than in the aroma, the spices include vanilla, the flavor also contains lighter notes of elderberries, smoke, and caramel, leading to a nicely bitter finish. Inspite of the 6.7% ABV I find the body thin, probably due to a low level of residual sugars.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, amber golden with a creamy, yellowish head. Fat, hoppy aroma. Medium body with dry, nutty accents, fat, hoppy citrus notes and a dry, hoppy finish. This is dry as a bone and way too dry for my palate - there’s fundamentally some residual sweetness lacking here. 160607

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Cloudy brownish amber. Piney lychee aroma.Sweet and lightly fruity. Perfumy and somewhat soapy with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Drying finish with lingering salty bitterness. Lovely inviting aroma, but the maltprofile doesn’t quite match that. Subsequently sampled on keg at Akkurat as well, where I found it more balanced and with a more inviting malt character.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is fruity & flowery hops and some slight grassyness and berries. Flavour is slightly roasted malts, some really grassy hops and a bit of caramel and fruits. A really pleasant and wellbalanced thing.

Beautiful hazy amber color; thin persistent head. The aroma is well hoppy, a lot aromatic, hop fruitness too. The flavor is less malty than many others, the body is not too strong, but the hopping is really bold, hoppy, resiny, aromatic, wondeful, Very good beer.

Draught, Mackinlay’s Inn Cloudy, rather opaque dark amber pour. Strongly hoppy, resiny one with pontent orange notes. Slight earthy, orange, mango peaks - remaining a citrus oriented product, with only shy malts supporting it. Fruity, light exotic notes, minimal, not even toasty, but rather grainy support foundations. Fair medium body with average carbonation. A bit ordinary for Dugges, their usual malt complexity lacks to me.

Fully golden colour with an off white head. Hoppy, fruity and piney bitter aroma. Light malty and sweet flavor with a clear hoppy citric note. Long dry and piney finish.

Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke. Hazy amber coloured. Big hoppy aroma. Very hoppy flavour with loads of grapefruit and pine needles. Dry and bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not very balanced, but very pleasant.
