Commercial Description:
FUSION MultiKulti Pale Ale...

On-tap. At the brewery. Golden rather clear colour with a white head. Aroma: sweet, fruity, rubber, spices, citrus. Flavor: sweet, spicy, lightly fenolic, fruity, citrus, yeast, pepper, white bread, light alcohol.

On draught at the brewery. Light shady and deep golden in colour with cottony head that diminishes. Nuanced aroma from tin, pepper, rubber, citrus, tropical fruit compote and banana. All in all, a Belgian yeast profile blended with a severe dry hopping. Nice! Mouthfeel is pretty light, that is light-medium-bodied, at this abv-level, and smooth. Flavour is yummy with lemon, fruit compote, slight pepper, tad phenolic and a balancing alcohol warmth that belongs here nicely thank you very much. And it lingers. I guess the rich hop additions don’t fully come through due to the Belgian yeast, so cheers to the choice of a low-phenolic yeast. And here’s to a great and inventive beer with influences from the best of worlds in the beer society.

Draught at 3 Små Rum, Göteborg, on November 7, 2009
Shady to cloudy golden color, white head. Spicy, herbal, nettle, choriander, sweet scent, also lemon citric. Moussy, alcohol, herbal, spicy, choriander, lemon, citrus taste, some harsh bitterness too. Moussy mouthfeel, low to medium bitterness at first, turns into a more harsh bitterness after a bit. Not for me personally this one.

Draught at Café Tre små rum, Göteborg, Sweden. Shady amber with a rich creamy off-white head. Peppery, yeasty, and hoppy aroma up front, with notes of oranges, tropical fruits, and blue cheese. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Dry with medium to high bitterness. Quite nice, but a better belgian yeast could have done wonderful things.
