| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 29, 2009 Bottle. It pours a clear, copper-colored body and a beige head sits on top. Malt-driven aroma with pleasant hops and a little sourish note. Slightly sourish flavor too, but only in the background. Malty, with caramel and some roasted malts. Hops too. Medium body. Roasted finish with a nice hoppy bitterness. Not sure about this one, I remember it better, but maybe it didn’t benefit from some time in my cellar. Didn’t sit there too long though.
